  • Previous experience in a customer focused, telephone or front of house role.
  • Professional telephone manner and assertive influencer
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritise to work within deadlines
  • Proven client communication and customer services skills
  • Problem solving to provide clients with replies and solutions to additional requests/queries via email and phone
  • Excellent computer and organisation skills
  • Previous scheduling experience is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of a Medical Receptionist is a critical function within the Latus Group, ensuring our service delivery is prompt, organised and efficient.
The postholder will have unrivalled organisational skills, excellent customer service either face to face, on the phone or via email and will be able to quickly establish rapport with both clients and health professionals.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Respond to queries and booking requests from clients and patients
  • Arrange the associated appointments to see the medical staff ensuring diary utilisation
  • Prepare relevant paperwork for the clinicians to enable smooth running of the clinic
  • Act as front of house to greet clients and ensure completion of relevant paperwork to enable smooth running of the clinic
  • Ensure that the reception area is maintained to a clinical standards
  • Ensure information for invoice purposes is documented including POs and payments
  • Maintenance of clinical records
  • Carrying out a variety of admin duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Following GDPR guidelines – ensuring that clients and their employees’ information is safe and secure.
  • Maintain business confidentiality at all times.
  • Work within a team to meet team as well as individual targets.
  • Engage with Company values and activities.
  • Provide unrivalled customer service at all times.
