JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and maintaining efficient office procedures. This role is crucial in facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers while managing administrative tasks effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role within a dental or medical office is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact with patients effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly as they arrive at the office.
  • Manage phone systems to answer calls, schedule appointments, and address inquiries.
  • Maintain patient records using paper files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with billing processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
