Description:

We are a busy and friendly allied health practice, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. Our team is looking for a reliable and professional medical receptionist to join us on a casual basis for 1-2 days a week with holiday cover.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using medical software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Handle billing and payments
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
