Description:
Dyvest Health Care Pty Ltd has 18 Medical Centres across NSW. We are looking for a Medical Receptionist, applicants with at least 1 year experience working in medical practice is an advantage and training is provided, to join our professional team at our Medical Centres located in the Greater Western and South-west
Your role will include:
- Providing excellent customer service,
- Organizing appointments,
- Creating and maintaining records
- Performing other required reception duties and tasks in order to ensure a smooth and efficient practice operations that provides an exceptional standard of care to our patients.
- Assisting Doctors with administration tasks
All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the practice’s policies and procedures.

- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Represent the practice in a confident and positive manner at all times.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information.
