- Strong knowledge of cosmetic dermatology, skin procedures, and dental services.

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ability to book appointment and manage the schedule.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at Yoland Specialist Polyclinic in Dubai. The role involves coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, managing communication with patients, and overseeing sales operations on a daily basis.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and assist with insurance approvals.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Uphold confidentiality and clinic policies in all interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Conduct inbound inquiries and provide details to the customers & attend outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote cosmetic dermatology, skin, and dental procedures.
