An exciting opportunity to join the Quality Assurance Summarising Team has arisen in NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) Primary Care Services. The post holder will be part of a team of trained Medical Records Summarisers who receive, prepare, keep an audit trail, summarise and return GP practices medical records.

The post holder will undertake the process of summarising clinical information from patients’ medical records. They will work both as part of a team to complete the work and also use their own skills and knowledge whilst summarising. This post will be based in one of the following offices : Swansea, Pontypool, Cardiff or St Asaph and will be subject to candidates preference.
