Summary:
The Medical Records Tech III handles the routine and constant clerical functions necessary for maintaining and processing all patient medical records, registries, logs, statistics, indices, and requests for medical information.

EDUCATION:

Essential:

• HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

EXPERIENCE:

Nonessential:

• Coding and medical terminology preferred
