Description:
Inspired by life and the concept of a new science at the frontier between cosmetics and medicine, NAOS is developing its activities in the fields of beauty, health and well-being through its three brands: Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur. Present in 90 countries, the company designs and manufactures its products in Aix-en-Provence (France). Our North American subsidiary, NAOS North America (Canada/US) is looking for an Medical Sales Representative.
Reporting to the Medical Director, your primary responsibilities will be:
MEDICAL ESTHETIC AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT
- Collect product information from documentation and training sessions, to prepare visits and communication actions ;
- Continuous training on various medical sales related topics ;
- Medical knowledge related to dermatology (physiopathology, guidelines, pharmacology…etc) ;
- Product knowledge (characteristics, avantages, patients benefits) ;
- Sales argument speech ;
- Selling techniques ;
- Relationship Management Skills
- Continuous training of existing clients and medical/esthetic staff on Institut Esthederm products portfolio and new product.
JOB RELATED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- BAA or equivalent in any significant field ;
- Great communication skills and interpersonal skills ;
- Strong relationship management skills ;
- Results and performance oriented ;
- Relevant experience in sales/representation/merchandising in the retail sector/DPC, knowledge of distribution channels is an asset ;
- Possess strong business acumen and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, you are ambitious, demonstrate leadership and possess an entrepreneurial spirit ;
- Good knowledge of biology, dermatology and/or any related fields of scientific knowledge ;
- Valid driver’s license ;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) ;
- Good team spirit and sense of collaboration ;
- Excellent customer service ;
- Autonomy.
