Description:

Present in 90 countries, the company designs and manufactures its products in Aix-en-Provence (France). Our North American subsidiary, NAOS North America (Canada/US) is looking for an Medical Sales Representative.
Reporting to the Medical Director, your primary responsibilities will be:

MEDICAL ESTHETIC AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT

  • Collect product information from documentation and training sessions, to prepare visits and communication actions ;
  • Continuous training on various medical sales related topics ;
  • Medical knowledge related to dermatology (physiopathology, guidelines, pharmacology…etc) ;
  • Product knowledge (characteristics, avantages, patients benefits) ;
  • Sales argument speech ;
  • Selling techniques ;
  • Relationship Management Skills
  • Continuous training of existing clients and medical/esthetic staff on Institut Esthederm products portfolio and new product.

JOB RELATED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • BAA or equivalent in any significant field ;
  • Great communication skills and interpersonal skills ;
  • Strong relationship management skills ;
  • Results and performance oriented ;
  • Relevant experience in sales/representation/merchandising in the retail sector/DPC, knowledge of distribution channels is an asset ;
  • Possess strong business acumen and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, you are ambitious, demonstrate leadership and possess an entrepreneurial spirit ;
  • Good knowledge of biology, dermatology and/or any related fields of scientific knowledge ;
  • Valid driver’s license ;
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) ;
  • Good team spirit and sense of collaboration ;
  • Excellent customer service ;
  • Autonomy.
