QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year accredited university
  • College GPA of 3.0
  • Minimum three (3) years of outside business-to-business sales required
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Must be proficient with MS Office, Windows, and have the ability to quickly become familiar with sales tracking and reporting software
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Ability to lift 20lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities:

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES THAT LEND THEMSELVES TO THIS ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Must demonstrate high level of integrity and accountability
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships; establish credibility and rapport with both internal and external customers
  • Responsible for the understanding and utilization of sales reports and forecasts
  • Ability to implement and execute key marketing strategies
  • Responsible for timely call reporting tasks
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are required
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed.
  • Ability to travel and work outside of the parameters of 8am to 5pm, as well as attend both corporate and medical conventions when required, which includes some weekends
