JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative based in Toronto and surrounding areas to expand our reach and build relationships with family doctor clinics and health-related businesses. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting WeightSimple’s virtual weight management program, educating healthcare providers about our services, and encouraging patient referrals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar healthcare-related role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with the Toronto healthcare market is an asset.
  • Passion for health and wellness and a commitment to helping patients improve their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with family physicians, clinics, and health-related businesses in the Toronto area.
  • Present WeightSimple’s program benefits to healthcare professionals, emphasizing our superior outcomes, virtual accessibility, and personalized care.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase patient referrals to our clinic.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to engage healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
  • Track and report referral activities, outreach progress, and results to the WeightSimple team.
  • Stay updated on our services, patient success stories, and key differentiators to effectively communicate with potential partners.
