Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Pain Management Centre as an Administrator at our Charing Cross Hospital.
The role involves collaborative work with handling queries from GPs, Doctors, wards and other departments. If you have a passion to improve the quality of care offered to patients, this role will be a great fit as you will liaise with patients and be responsible for efficient appointment scheduling to promote patient care in support of alleviating those in pain.

To support the efficient running of the Outpatient Pain Service:

  • Work closely with consultants to handle their queries and trouble-shoot changes to appointments.
  • To become a proven expert in all clinic appointments and act as the first point of contact regarding appointment related queries.
  • Support efficient management of Patient Tracking Lists (PTL) by arranging time sensitive bookings.
  • Provide administrative support for the clinic such as arranging patient transport, interpreters and diagnostic appointments.
  • Greet patients and visitors to the clinic in a professional and friendly manner and in accordance with Trust policy.
