Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs a wide range of complex clinical laboratory analyses in all major sections of the Laboratory. Recognizes problems, identifies causes, synthesizes alternatives, and applies solutions. Confirms and verifies results through an in-depth knowledge of techniques, principles, and instrumentation. Reports to the Section Head.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organizational skills
- Exercises accuracy and precision in completion of prescribed tasks and treatments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or equivalent
Experience: 1-year experience in Clinical Laboratory or equivalent
Certification/Licensure: MT (ASCP) or equivalent
Location: North · 0600.51520 CGS Core Lab
Schedule: Part Time, Night Shift, Night
