Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this position, you will provide expertise and support in the assessment and management of individual Medical UW and claims cases from a medical, non-medical (financial, special risks etc) legal, contractual, and administrative perspective SCOR Italy. You will help manage the different internal tools confirming a correct workflow process and you will play a proactive approach in the future linked to the Med UW and Claims evolutions (Digitization and other innovation initiatives).
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have professional experience in the insurance sector. Experience in life reinsurance is a priority requirement. 8-10 years experience in this area (minimum 5 years)
- You have excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- You are a change agent for innovation transformation
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in economics, insurance or smiliar
- You have strong analytics and reporting analyses capabilities
- You have a proactive approach to problem solving
- You have a strong (excellent) spirit of collaboration
- You have an international mindset (ability to adapt to different cultures/practices and understand those differences)
- You have the ability to identify the necessary risks and challenges to our UW and Claims functions and provide input into solutions
- You bring a strong mindset for facilitating best practice
- You like good team spirit, be willing to work with other people
- You bring the availability to travel in Italy and abroad to meet clients and/or for internal and/or international meetings
