REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Secretary, or similar role.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using medical software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable with virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Skype.
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical Assistant certification or related healthcare certification.
- Previous experience with telemedicine platforms.
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient data privacy.

Responsibilities:
- Assist medical professionals with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance matters.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate and empathetic responses.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Prepare and update medical documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and maintain patient confidentiality.
