Description:
As a Medical Workforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Medical Workforce across all medical workforce matters. You’ll ensure the seamless recruitment, onboarding, and management of medical and dental staff, ensuring compliance with NHS standards. You will also provide support to the Medical and Dental colleagues within the organisation ensuring documentation for Revalidation and Appraisals are prepared .
‘ If you are successful in obtaining this post, there is a requirement to fulfil 3 months on site before home working will be considered’.
Support to manage the recruitment lifecycle with regards to Deanery/Training and Trust vacancies.
Deal with day to day enquiries from doctors and managers – ensuring onboarding is a seamless process for all Medical and Dental colleagues and operational management have the right vacancy timelines.
To be aware of NHS Medical staff terms and conditions of employment.
To ensure that the working patterns on eRota are compliant and all pay affecting elements are submitted in a timely fashion to payroll.
Responsible for ensuring Consultants and SAS doctors are set up on the eAppraisal and Revalidation system.
To support medical colleagues with revalidation and appraisal paperwork.
Collate and produce reports when required for the medical workforce and its data and ensure the correct dissemination across the organisation.
