Description:

This role will lead the Medical Workforce team of a day to day basis ensuring staff are trained and supported in their daily activities, meet KPIs as standard and continually review administrative processes and procedure to ensure the team provide the best possible service to the Medical and Dental workforce and wider trust. The post holder will also have a specialist interest in recruitment, highlighting the opportunities available for medics and dentists within our trust and being the face of the organization at national recruitment events.

ROTA COMPLIANCE:

To ensure all medical and dental rotas remain compliant at all times, working closely with the Medical Job Planning and Rostering Advisor to identify any concerns and act accordingly
To work with the Guardian of Safe Working Hours in the creation and submission of the quarterly and annual board reports
To oversee the Junior Doctor Exception Reporting process
