Medior Java Developer

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join an agile team on a consultancy mission for one of our key financial sector clients. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team tasked with designing, building, and testing high-value software products within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role not only allows you to apply your expertise in Java development but also provides opportunities to broaden your skillset through continuous learning and diverse project experiences. Keystone Solutions consultants work on-site and remotely, tackling various client challenges, gaining exposure to different technologies and industries.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Java Developer.

TECHNICAL SKILLS (MANDATORY):

• Expertise in Java 8 & Java 17.
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience with RestAPI, XML, JSON.
• Familiarity with Maven, GitLab, Jenkins, Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of Junit for testing.
• Strong understanding of architecture (hardware, OS, networking, databases, middleware).
• Knowledge of security standards, procedures, and development tools.

PREFERRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with integration technologies (distributed/mainframe) and infrastructure components.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:

• Mandatory: Experience in agile methodology.
• Preferred: Experience in the financial sector.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Dutch or French: Active knowledge of one, passive knowledge of the other.
• English: Fluent.
