JOB SUMMARY
As a Meeting & Events Floor Manager in Meetings & Events Operations, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests, ensuring the smooth operation and execution of all meetings, conferences, and events. This role involves managing staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of service. Your tasks as a Meetings & Events Floor Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure all event spaces are prepared according to client specifications and hotel standards.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure all logistical needs are met, including AV, seating, and catering requirements.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the events team, including floor staff, servers, and support personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during events to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, AV teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, client requests, and team schedules.
