Description:
As a Meetings & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of events at the Tullamore Court Hotel. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and delivered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for events and hospitality who is looking to balance work with other personal commitments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in event coordination, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist to manage all aspects of meetings and events, from initial inquiry through to event execution and follow-up.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor our services to meet their expectations.
- Liaise with various departments, including Food & Beverage, Operations, and Sales, to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of all event requirements, timelines, and financials.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all details are executed to the highest standard.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
