  • Have previous experience in a similar position (Production line management);
  • Be specialized or at least interested in the wood industry;
  • Have a higher degree in a technical field (Engineering, Wood, etc.);
  • Be fluent in English and French;
  • Have an excellent ability to synchronize tasks;
  • Have perfect work organization.

Responsibilities:

You will join our Production department, and be responsible for our Melamine Line.

Your daily work consists of :

  • Ensuring compliance with safety rules for people and machines;
  • Ensuring proper handling of machines;
  • Complying with internal environmental rules;
  • Checking the cleanliness of the production line;
  • Ensuring proper handling of production machines;
  • Management of Team Leaders: leave, organization of work schedules, evaluation of Team Leaders and operators;
  • Training team leaders and share best practices in line with company policy;
  • Ensuring close communication with;
  • Optimizing production with planning;
  • Ensuring compliance with production targets in collaboration with the maintenance department;
  • Daily production meetings: figures and discussion of technical problems and improvements with maintenance;
  • Organization of shutdowns in collaboration with maintenance: prioritization of work to be carried out, organization of cleaning teams;
  • Being in charge of product-specific changes in the use of raw materials;
  • Monitoring the availability of raw materials;
  • Ensuring compliance with specifications, monitor and control the quality and quantity of production.
