What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As a valued member of the team, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our 1.8 million Members interacting with them via social media, phone and email. You will be given your own end to end case work to resolve and you will be required to undertake investigations, problem solve, communicate and negotiate with our members.

Some of your day to day duties will include

  • Provide support and query resolution for AA Members
  • Provide support and manage the AA’s social media communities
  • Giving our AA Members a call to ensure their Membership is up to date, andthat they are making the most of the products and services

About You | Mōu

You may have experience working in a similar role or currently working in retail or hospitality- regardless of experience we would love to hear from you. What’s important is that you are a confident communicator who can easily adapt to a call centre environment. You are conscientious with strong attention to detail and can build relationships with customers with ease. Bring the right attitude and we’ll provide the support and individualised training to help you thrive in the role.

  • Self-management skills, including time management
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to be resilient and efficient.
  • Experience working with sensitive and confidential information and the ability to apply sound judgement to different situations
  • Someone who is able to establish effective and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
