POSITION OVERVIEW
Join our Member & Community Engagement team as a Member Engagement Officer, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our members on the phones, offering tailored solutions across our range of products and services. Your role is pivotal in shaping the member’s experience and maintaining lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
