Responsibilities:
We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as the Member Engagement Product Owner. Reporting to the General Manager of Customer Integration and Data Analytics, the Member Engagement Product Owner will play a key role in refining and delivering initiatives that align with our Member Engagement Strategy.
The primary objective of this role is to build and evolve a value-driven backlog that supports our brands in attracting, engaging, and retaining more members each year. This role will also collaborate closely with the GM of Member Engagement and Digital and Technology Department Heads to identify problem areas, propose business solutions, and prioritise them for implementation.
