Become a part of 365 Live, our 24-hour Call Center. As a Member Service Center Representative at Michigan First Credit Union, you’ll be challenged to deliver five-star service while building relationships with our members. We’re a family here, so outstanding teamwork is a must. Our number one goal is to make our members feel like they can call us for anything, anytime, and they’ll be able to hang up the phone feeling confident and satisfied.

• Deliver stellar service to credit union members. No slackers here!
• Serve as a face (well, voice!) for our brand. Happy, confident, positive – that’s who we are.
• Provide solutions. We want the critical thinkers, the expert interviewers, the stellar listeners. You’ll need to be able to pinpoint a member’s issue and talk them through the solution – whether it’s a problem with online banking, account information, or just a general inquiry. You may even take some loan applications!
• Follow through. If you can deliver on promises and make sure all details are covered, you’ll LOVE it here at Michigan First!
