Responsibilities:
As a Member Service Consultant , you will build rapport and trust with members by listening to their needs, finding solutions to their problems, and aligning them to the right products. This position will be based our Palmerston branch, and will be offered as a flexible part-time position , with 15-32 hours per week on a rotating roster. To support your work-life balance, we provide rosters for a 4-week period and release these 1-week in advance.
Our dedicated branch teams are committed to providing service and support to our local communities across our Monday to Friday trading, with this in mind, we are seeking applicants with full flexibility across the working week.
In this role, your passion for customer service will be crucial, as we are a member-owned organisation dedicated to meeting our members’ needs. You will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members. You will understand their financial position, goals and aspirations and help align our products to their needs, specialising in personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and financial planning services.
