Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Member Services Coordinator for a temporary position at our tribal office. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of tribal member information and ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of all member files and reports.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: ** Perform audits and regular updates for the tribal database to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of member information.
- Reporting: ** Generate reports concerning tribal members and maintain meticulous records.
- Liaison Work: ** Act as a primary point of contact for tribal members, addressing inquiries related to loan applications, housing information, and grants.
- Information Coordination: ** Collaborate with various departments to gather and provide information required by tribal members.
- Administrative Support: ** Handle basic data entry tasks including minimal invoice processing.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excel Proficiency: ** High-level knowledge of Excel is required, including the ability to use basic formulas. Pivot table knowledge is not necessary.
- HR Knowledge: ** Basic understanding of Human Resources practices, with a strong emphasis on handling confidential information securely.
- Communication: ** Excellent customer service skills to effectively interact with tribal members and team members.
- Software Proficiency: ** Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Flock.
Additional Information
- This position will directly involve handling sensitive information for approximately 500 tribal members. The ability to maintain confidentiality and move quickly in processing information is paramount.
