We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are excited by the prospect of helping our members achieve financial security and well-being into their retirement.
Communication skills are a vital to the success of this role. Successful candidates will be excellent communicators, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically to a diverse audience.
Candidates should have outstanding service delivery skills as well as a demonstrated ability to effectively manage their own performance, whilst being adaptive and accountable for changing workloads and service demands.
Prior experience in frontline service delivery or contact centre environments will be highly regarded.
