FULL-TIME MEMBER SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST II-CONSUMER LOAN OFFICER, ADVANTAGE ONE CREDIT UNION

Advantage One is seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong member service and sales skills to fill a full-time Member Solutions Specialist II position.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL:

• Represent the credit union to members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
• Respond to members’ requests, problems, and complaints and/or direct them to the proper person for specific information and assistance
• Open new accounts and provide members with all necessary information for membership
• Open additional products or services to meet members’ needs
• Process member transactions
• Process, approve, close, and disburse loans in a timely manner (consumer loans and VISAs)
• Promote credit union products and services based on member needs that are obtained from member interviews
• Implement new products and services in accordance with management direction
• Ensure loans are disbursed in accordance with credit union policy and regulatory requirements while minimizing errors
• Display exceptional member enhancement and cross-promotional skills
  Requirements for this position are strong sales skills, dependability, and the ability to multi-task. Qualified candidates must have full availability, Monday through Friday.
