Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) programs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, team-player attitude
  • Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the main point of contact for current members from acquisition throughout membership period assisting with membership needs
  • Actively reaching out to engage members to drive usage and develop relationships with potential and current members
  • Responsible for completing regular satisfaction follow-ups with accounts throughout the sales cycle and membership period
  • Book reservations for shooting lanes, classes or the restaurant as needed
  • Address customer service concerns promptly to maintain positive experience and healthy account portfolio
  • Relay issues to membership managers when needed
  • Know the onboarding process and utilize Bizzflo POS system to accept payments and track accounts
  • Performs assigned tasks for special events pertaining to corporate accounts
  • Work in unison with Event Coordinator meeting expectations and customer event goals
  • Relay future leads and referrals for corporate membership department
  • Coordinate any future client tour requests and have ability to showcase facility if needed
  • Knowledgeable on membership level offerings and be an expert source on membership benefits
  • Assist in maintaining membership benefits, promotions, and incentives
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities)
  • Know and comply with Employee Handbook guidelines and department specific policies
  • Input and track account data and activity in CRM. (Highrise)
  • Works with Corporate membership manager on past due accounts
  • Assist team members in achieving department goals and contribute to overall growth of 88 Tactical
