MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Schedule:
- Weekdays ranging from 5:15 am - 9:15 pm
- Weekends ranging from 6:45am - 5:15 pm
- Bilingual skills in Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available weekdays and/or weekends
- Must be available mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings
- 6 months customer service experience
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Office 365
- Strong interpersonal and customer service/phone etiquette skills
- Current YMCA-approved CPR and First Aid certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Salesforce
