Responsibilities:

THE ROLE…

The Soho Works Membership Coordinator Is responsible for providing fast solutions to our members and potential members at Soho Works. The Soho Works Membership Coordinator is responsible for the day to day running of membership enquiries, chasing membership payments and providing support to the larger Soho Works team Member set up.

MAIN DUTIES…

  • To be a proactive first point of contact for Soho Works member queries via telephone and email. Responding to these in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing information to prospective members about our membership offering and sign-up processes.
  • Responsibility for amending, cancelling, transferring and upgrading memberships, ensuring compliance with the appropriate Terms & Conditions.
  • Chasing payments by phone and email for unpaid membership fees, and where necessary suspending memberships due to outstanding payments.
  • Use our Salesforce and Nexudus database to create, look up and update records for current and potential members.
  • Resolving any Issues members are having, and knowing points of escalation
  • Completing general membership administration tasks. Such tasks include but not limited to answering member queries, sending out weekly dashboards, setting up member contracts and chasing payments.
  • Supporting onsite teams with any queries about membership
  • Making sure that members feel that their questions are being answered
  • Any ad-hoc projects given by Soho Works Director or Membership Systems manager
