Description:
Provide superlative customer service to all members and visitors to the Kenosha YMCA Member Service Desk. Be informed of all activities, programs and special events offered at the Kenosha YMCA and be able to communicate this information accurately. Be proficient on YWARE (computer system and remain informed on functions within the system.)
