REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates who hold a Diploma/ GCE “A” levels is preferred.
- Excellence customer service with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in oral and written English, another language is a plus (To liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates)
- A collaborative team player with strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Prior Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:
- Membership Processing: Efficiently process new membership applications, renewals, resignations, terminations, and other membership-related transactions
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, including photographs, contact information, and membership status.
- Member Support: Provide excellent customer service to members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, conducting Club Tours, and assisting with membership-related matters.
- Membership Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including sending welcome packages, renewal reminders, and other relevant notifications.
- Sales and Marketing: Generating leads, following up on inquiries, and delivering product information. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Report Generation: Generate regular reports on membership trends, statistics, and performance metrics.
- System Maintenance: Update and maintain the membership management system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols related to member data.
