ABOUT THE JOB:

This is your chance to earn above average income with a family business. Earn a base wage and commission.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are! Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different.
A perfect applicant will be available for available for evenings, Saturdays and cover the occasional day shift. Being able to cover shifts at our Guelph location would be a huge bonus.

• Have excellent attendance and work ethic
• Have great phone skill
• Just love helping people
• Not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and help clean the club (yes this includes washrooms)
• Be able to create amazing social media posts
• Be able to work evenings and Saturdays (no Sundays)

Important: If you are uncomfortable doing sales or calling leads on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club, this is not the position or industry for you. (There is no cold calling involved)
While the club is 24/7, your hours will not be. Our front office staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 10 am - 8 pm and Friday/Saturday 10 am - 2 pm. With the help of the club manager you will cover these hours.
