EXPERIENCE & MINDSET

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related fields
  • Great communication skills in English, additional languages are beneficial
  • Diligent, result-driven work ethic
  • Able to work both independently and in a team with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Avid learner with an affinity for new technologies and a keen eye for identifying new opportunities
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce
  • Previous experience with project management (Asana, Monday) and email marketing (Emarsys) tools is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Support the monitoring and continuous development of the new client onboarding process. Keep project timelines and tracking overviews up to date. Prepare ad-hoc presentations
  • Guide the member hotel’s interaction with the teams and the brand during the initial partnership phase
  • Responsible for integrating our brand into new hotels and assisting the Creative Studio with new publication projects
  • Assist in the content updates and general development of the Membership Services Portal (client platform). Overall management of its dedicated inbox
  • Oversee the staging, execution and tracking of commercial B2B communications via our email marketing platform
  • Assist our Business Intelligence Team with routine database maintenance
  • Assist in identifying and further improving the process and data flows between the different disciplines and systems
  • General administrative support of the department
