QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some post-secondary education in a related or applicable field is an asset (A combination

of education and related work experience will be considered)

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and computer skills
• Previous experience using ActiveNet or similar software is an asset
• Standard First Aid, or ability to acquire (YMCA to support)
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism and accountability
• Three professional references and clear Criminal Record Check
