Memory Support Director (Alzheimer's/Dementia) starting at $60K

Providence Place of Lancaster is seeking to recruit a dynamic, compassionate and experienced Program Director who is able to manage the daily operations of the secured Memory Support neighborhood and assist residents in activities of daily living and participation in a quality Memory Support Program. Other duties include, but not limited to: hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance reviews of co-workers, overall care of residents, care plans and needs, and ongoing training and education regarding Alzheimer’s and dementia for all coworkers at the community.
Salary starting at $60,000

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: prior experience in small group socialization and programming preferred.
• Experience in managing volunteers and / or staff in an environment with adults.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED. Prefer college degree in Recreation Therapy / Human Service and / or two years of equivalent work experience in field.
• Certification / License: Valid driver’s license; must have clean driving record with no major violations over the past five years. Capability to drive / operate 14 passenger vans.
