Description:
Our Gynaecology Department is seeking a dedicated Menopause Lead Nurse to provide specialised care, education, and support for women navigating this critical stage of life.
As a Menopause Lead Nurse, you’ll be at the forefront of empowering women to understand and manage their menopause journey with confidence. In this role, you will:
Lead and Innovate: Shape and deliver specialised menopause care services, utilising the latest clinical guidelines and holistic approaches.
Educate and Empower: Provide personalised guidance and education to patients, supporting them in symptom management, lifestyle changes, and treatment options.
Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with our gynaecology consultants, nurses and the wider MDT to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.
Be a Trusted Resource: Act as the primary contact for women seeking advice and support, fostering a positive and open environment for discussing menopause-related issues.
