QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or related discipline.
  • Current membership in a Regulated Professional College or equivalence.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in mental health.
  • Experience in walk-in or brief service preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working with children, adolescents and their families.
  • Experience with virtual therapy
  • Experience with providing DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Brief therapies
  • Effective knowledge and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to set priorities, organize and coordinate activities.
  • Demonstrate clinical competence.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hard to serve clients.
