Description:

You will need to have a good general education to GCSE (or equivalent) level including English Language. It is essential that you have sound relevant and current experience in a busy office environment and knowledge of all aspects of administrative functions/duties necessary to provide an efficient and effective service. You will need to be enthusiastic, flexible, and a first-class team worker. Good time management and organisational skills are essential.
You must be capable of working under pressure and prioritising work, and will be required to maintain strict confidentiality. It is important to be meticulous and attention to detail is paramount. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be regularly in contact with other professional services. You will have knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams.
It will be advantageous for you to have previous experience in a similar or related job and knowledge of the Tribunal (Mental Health) procedure. The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible around working hours to meet the needs of both ongoing aspects of their caseload and the service as a whole. Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change.
This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. Applicants requiring a Skilled Worker Visa can determine the likelihood of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship against the relevant criteria here https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-vis
