Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people’s and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.
At any one time, around 23,000 people in Norfolk and Suffolk are receiving care and attention from the Trust. Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

The core role is to provide assessment, treatment planning and interventions to service users with moderate to severe mental illness. This includes assessing new referrals, working with a caseload of service users and contributing to the wider team in things such as FACT and Duty roles

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidates will hold a current Professional qualification as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or a Social worker with an appetite for creative thinking in the face of challenges.
