ABOUT THE ROLE AND WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING:
Southern Cross Care WA Inc. is looking for a Registered Nurse with a background in mental health.
As one of our valued Registered Nurses, you’ll get to use your clinical expertise and skills to deliver exceptional care to our valued residents.
If you enjoy coordinating and supporting small teams of health care workers, this could be your ideal new role.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:
- A genuine desire to work in aged care
- An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care Standards, Aged Care Act & Quality of Care Principles
- Working knowledge of AN-ACC requirements.
- The ability to mentor, lead & support a small team
- A good eye for detail & resilience to multi-task whilst under pressure
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
