MEP Coordinator

KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE :

• Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical).
• Experience and knowledge in BIM would be a plus.

Experience:

• High rising buildings: 8 years (Preferred

• Oversee and coordinate MEP services with other stake holders Including architects, consultants & subcontractors to integrate MEP services into project design and execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP Installations to meet quality standards, specifications in line with local codes.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Develop and implement workflows, procedures, and other safety measures to enhance project team efficiency.
• Should act as a point of contact between the project teams, contractors, client, and consultant from the MEP perspective.
