This is a superb role for an MEP Coordinator based in Connaught or even around the Midland Counties.
As a MEP Coordinator you will manage the mechanical and electrical elements of building projects, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and design teams to drive progress and deliver quality results for clients.

MEP COORDINATOR SKILLS:

• A third-level qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Practical experience in managing mechanical and electrical scopes on building projects (main contractor experience is a bonus).
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• A hands-on, proactive approach to solving problems and keeping things moving.
• Flexibility to travel to different sites as required, along with a clean driving license.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, fire alarm, lighting/emergency systems, LTHW systems, gas installations, BMS interfaces, electrical distribution, access/maintenance planning, and integrated systems commissioning.
