Join JASARA PMC as a MEP Design Manager, where you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for ensuring that our projects meet high standards of efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with project teams, guiding design processes while fostering collaboration across disciplines to deliver innovative solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP design, with a focus on management roles.
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of local and international standards and codes related to MEP systems.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in MEP design software and tools.

• Direct the design and development of MEP systems in alignment with project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP requirements seamlessly into overall project plans.
• Conduct quality reviews of MEP designs, ensuring adherence to applicable codes and standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
• Participate in project meetings and client presentations to communicate design concepts and updates.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP design.
