What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a dynamic MEP Project / Contracts Manager to lead the successful delivery of a £20 million MEP project. This position demands a seasoned leader who can drive strategy through execution, inspire multidisciplinary teams, and manage all project phases from initiation to closeout. The role entails managing key financial, contractual, and risk elements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Who we’re looking for
As a MEP Project / Contracts Manager you will have the following accountabilities:

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven leadership with a track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract forms and commercial management.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage at all levels.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources to meet project goals.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing the day-to-day project details.
  • Flexible and agile to adapt to changing project demands.

THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES/EXPERIENCE ARE DESIRABLE:

  • BSc/MSc in Management, Construction, or a related field.
  • Membership in a professional management body (APM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, with a focus on project management tools.
  • APM PFQ/PMQ/PPQ certifications, or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities:
