ABOUT US:
Blue Projects is a dynamic and growing consulting firm specializing in providing tailored Engineering and Project Management solutions to clients in the industrial sector. We are seeking a motivated MEP Site Engineer to join our team and support our expanding portfolio of projects in both industrial and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of MEP works.
- Oversee site activities, including quality control, safety procedures, and inspections, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation phase, providing technical support as needed.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, update schedules, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between the MEP disciplines to avoid delays and maintain project continuity.
- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to review project progress and address concerns.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in site management of MEP systems for industrial and commercial projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Experience with project management software and tools is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate/commute daily for project assignments (domestic and international).
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Advanced level of Dutch and English is a must
