SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Familiarity with MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Understanding of local codes and standards (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication skills in English, (Arabic is a plus).

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
5+ years of GCC experience in MEP supervision (preferably in construction, facilities management, or real estate projects).

MEP Supervisor ensures that all MEP systems are installed correctly, maintained properly, and comply with all safety and quality standards while managing teams and resources effectively.
