MEP Technician (Construction & Maintenance)

We are seeking a skilled MEP Technician to join our team for construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including chillers, HVAC equipment, electrical panels, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and fan coil units (FCUs).
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting systems.
• Install and maintain pumps, drainage systems, water supply lines, and sanitary fittings.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all MEP systems to reduce downtime and ensure efficiency.
• Inspect and service firefighting systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and fire pumps.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, technical manuals, and electrical/plumbing schematics.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all work performed.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other team members for timely completion of tasks.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP installation and maintenance in a construction or facility management setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in working with chillers, cooling towers, and refrigeration units.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 per mont
