LUXE Vacation Homes is seeking an experienced and talented MEP Technician to join our dedicated Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard, supporting our commitment to providing exceptional short-term rental experiences. This hands-on role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, ranging from MEP and HVAC services to painting and landscaping.

• Perform diverse repair and maintenance tasks, including electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, landscaping, pool maintenance, and other general property fixes.
• Execute basic maintenance work orders at company-managed rental properties or office spaces.
• Accurately document tasks completed, time spent, materials used, and indicate any follow-up measures necessary.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in an organized, clean, and safe condition while conducting operations.
• Manage personal inventory of materials and supplies, reporting consumed items and related expenses to supervisors.
• Prepare properties for guest occupancy by completing repair tasks and providing meticulous inspection reports as required.
• Keep accurate records of supply inventory and ensure the safeguarding of all tools, equipment, and materials.
• Respond promptly to emergency issues such as water leaks, even during non-standard hours (weekends or nighttime) to prevent further damage and ensure temporary solutions.
• Assist with additional tasks, including office and interior property maintenance or other property management functions as assigned by management.
• Professionally represent LUXE Vacation Homes while completing all responsibilities.
